These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By ordering from Nellie Rae you agree to them. Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. You can cancel before your order ships or within 14 days of receiving it , return postage is paid by you, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back or proof of posting (see Shipping & Returns). If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we will refund you or replace it at our cost with no need to send it back. Privacy & Safety
